Order processing times
For merchandise other than bat houses, we typically ship within one to two business days. For bat houses, order processing times will vary greatly. Check the individual bat house pages for up-to-date manufacturing timelines.

Domestic shipping rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer flat rate shipping on many items, so be sure to select the least expensive shipping charge displayed.

Local pickup
Waive the shipping and pick up your merchandise in East Austin by entering LOCAL in the shopping cart's discount window. We’ll contact you when your order is ready for pickup.

International shipments
We typically do not ship outside the United States, but you are welcome to contact us for exceptions.

Order tracking
As soon as your item ships, you will receive an email with a link allowing you to track your package.
